JULIANNE'S RAINBOW BIRTHDAY PARTY!

RAINBOW of flags show guests the way to the party!

RAINBOWS here, RAINBOWS there, RAINBOWS everywhere!

I asked Julianne's far away family to mail her a RAINBOW picture for her birthday.  What talent!

RAINBOW Party Station: Pattern Play
The older kids at the party especially enjoyed this!

RAINBOW Party Station: Coloring
Everyone from my mother to my son loves to color!

RAINBOW Party Station: Edible Jewelry
It was fun to string Fruit Loops together to make necklaces and bracelets... and fun to eat them later!

RAINBOW Party Station: Ball Toss
Everyone enjoyed tossing balls and beanbags through our rainbow toss- trying to get into the cloud down to the pot of gold!

RAINBOW Party Station: Box Maze
Julianne's big brother Caleb (aka Michaelangelo) decorated the inside and outside of this Box Maze!

Rita's RAINBOW Rice Krispie Recipe

For each layer, you'll need to melt 20 marshmallows with 1 tbsp. butter in the microwave for 90 seconds.  Then add food coloring as desired (I recommend Wilton red color, but generic is fine for all other colors).  Quickly stir in 2 cups rice krispie cereal.  Use wet hands to pat into a greased 9x12 pan.  Repeat.  Repeat.  Repeat.  Repeat.  Repeat.  Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Want more RAINBOW cake already?
I don't think so, young man!

This little birthday girl enjoyed her slice of RAINBOW cake very much!

Julianne's cake was accepted onto Coolest-Birthday-Cakes.com.  Hooray, Julianne!

Guests were asked to wear their favorite color of the RAINBOW.  We lined up in RAINBOW order at the end of the party- complete with gray skies and a white cloud! Julianne was a standout in her lovely RAINBOW dress.
